Dripht on Hold

We at Dripht have issued this press release....

Dripht on Hold

Rock band Dripht has announced that it is on hold for an indefinate period. Dripht added that this is not a split.

Bassist Fre will be leaving Malta. In the meantime, the other band members are undertaking other commitments. Vocalist/Guitarist Nick Morales and Guitarist Daniel Cassar are involved in a new musical project. Drummer Mike Briguglio is involved in the comeback of metal band Norm Rejection, which had released its last album, '0002', in 2000, and in another project with former Dripht guitarist Patrick Galea. Details of all these musical projects will be announced in the near future.

Dripht, which released the 'Dripht' and 'Global Warning' CDs in 2004 and 2005 respectively, would like to thank the Dripht crew (David Pisani, Jean Carl Abdilla, Mikey Calleja and Jurgen Galea), Reciprocal Records, all fans, music journalists, radio stations, DJs, concert organisers and venue hosts who have supported the band throuought the years.
